Open-structure flat-lid reactor
1. Open-structure flat-lid reactor has two types: flat-lid end-flange type and flat-lid reverse-flange type. The two types are basically the same in design. But the price of flat-lid reverse-flange type is cheaper than that of flat-lid end-flange type.
2. Open-structure flat-lid reactor is suitable for high pressure reaction (4.0-35Mpa) in the production process of some chemical products. There’s not much restriction on the temperature. The volume of working conditions is small (below 3000L).
3. Open structure is convenient to the maintenance and disassembly of the equipment, especially to the improvement of the working conditions and the reduction of the labor intensity for the extremely poisonous or flammable chemical products.
4. The processing time is long.

Open-structure butt-welding flange reactor
1. The range of applications is wide.
2. The pressure is generally low (below 4.0Mpa), and the volume is generally below 3000L.
3. This structure is used in low pressure situations, with the open-structure advantages of easy maintenance and convenient disassembly.
4. The price is cheap and the processing time is long.
Closed-structure reactor
1. Closed-structure reactor applies to larger volume (3000L-50000L) and there’s no limitation to the pressure.
2. Because of closed-structure, there’s need to open the manhole to facilitate workers to repair the kettle inner and replace parts.
3. Because of closed-structure, there’s trouble to disassembly, large intensity to labor and difficulty to clean up the materials. Therefore, for our manufacturers, we are strict to the quality of parts in the kettle (material quality and welding quality).
4. The price is cheaper and the processing time is shorter.
