(Reactor) reaction temperature and time when the reaction mixture temperature is below 80 ℃, if the ammonium chloride as a catalyst, the ammonium chloride reaction speed, PH value not show up until after the temperature, PH value decreased rapidly , the reaction speed, resulting in gel polycondensation reaction is too intense and appear sticky wall.

In addition, the (reactor) polycondensation reaction time is too long, resin molecular weight, viscosity is too high the wall is also prone to sticky phenomenon. Therefore, the operator should be properly controlled polycondensation reaction temperature and time, time to stop the reaction. General reaction solution temperature was controlled at ~ 95 ℃ or less appropriate.
