Autoclave Reactor failure phenomena and solutions:
A failure phenomenon: there is a leak at the valve.
Failure: Reactor stem (pin), valve port sealing surface damage.
Remedy: repair, replacement stem (pin), the valve port.
Symptom 2: outside the magnet rotates within the magnet does not turn the motorcurrent is reduced.
Cause: The temperature rise inside the reactor vessel is too high, resulting in poorcooling cycle, temperatures inside the magnet due to magnetic faded.
Hydrogenation reaction, there are cracks within the magnet sets, expansion within the magnet.
Remedy: notify supplier to replace the internal magnet.
Symptom 3: magnetic coupling within the actuator friction noise.
Failure: bushings, bearings wear, the gap is too large, there beats within the magnetrotation.
Remedy: Contact with suppliers, replacement bearings, bushings.

Failure: Reactor screw thread loosening; sealing surface damage.
