Pressure vessel for inspection holes (except heat) requirements
1. Pressure vessel shall have the inspection hole. Check the hole, includingmanholes, hand holes, threaded pipe plug inspection hole.
2. Than or equal to 1000mm diameter pressure vessel, shall be open at least onehole; pressure vessel inner diameter greater than or equal less than 500mm ~1000mm, should be open a hole or two hand holes; pressure vessel diameter lessthan or equal to 300mm ~ 500mm, should be set up at least two hand holes.
3. Circular manhole diameter shall be not less than 400mm, oval-shaped peopleshould not be less than the pore size 400 × 300mm; round hand hole diameter should be not less than 100mm, oval hand hole size should be not less than 75 × 50mm.
4. The pressure vessel has a removable head (cover and the like), or other cover toswitch, where people can play the role of hole or hand hole, can no longer set themanhole or hand hole. But its size, should not be less than the replaced provisionsmanhole or hand hole size.
5. Such as pressure vessels set on threaded pipe plug inspection hole (Note 3), you can not set the hand hole. Threaded pipe plug shall not be less than the nominaldiameter of 50mm.
6. Check the location of the hole opening should be reasonable, appropriate, easy to clean interior. Hand hole or threaded pipe plug inspection hole should be closedwere opened at both ends of the head or near the cylinder head on.
7. Spherical pressure vessel of the manhole should be located in the very belt.
