Pressure vessel safety valve installation requirements
1. Safety valve should be installed vertical, and should be installed in the pressure vessel vapor space above the liquid, or gas pressure vessel and connected to the pipeline to link the space.
2. Pressure vessel and safety valve connected between the pipe and fittings through-hole, the valve cross-sectional area not less than the import area.
3. Port on the pressure vessel a number of safety valves installed, then the connectionport entrance area, a number of safety valves should be at least equal to the sum ofthe import area.
4. Pressure vessel and safety valve should be installed between the intermediate cut-off valve. For packages containing flammable, toxic level of extreme, high, moderatehazard or viscous medium pressure vessel, safety valve for ease of replacement, cleaning, can be installed between the pressure vessel and safety valve stop valve,globe valve structure and pass diameter size should not prevent the normal dischargevalve. Pressure vessel during normal operation, the valve must remain open, and addseals.
5. Safety valve installation position, should be easy inspection and maintenance.
