Main structure features of this Hot Sale Stainless Steel Reactor:
Reactors are composed of four parts, which are internal kettle, jacket, stirring device and support, and sometimes insulation structure is necessary according to technical requirements.
1. Internal kettle uses stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L or SUS321) and other materials, and the inner surface is mirror-polished, cleaned by CIP and sterilized by SIP, to meet the health standard requirements.
2. Jacket uses stainless steel (SUS304) or carbon steel (Q235-B) and so on.
3. The design of diameter to height ratio is appropriate. Mixing device is on-demand. Stirring shaft seal adopts health mechanical seal with pressure to keep the tank working pressure and prevent leakage of materials inside the tank in case of causing unnecessary pollution and material loss.
4. Support-type uses hanging ear-support type or leg floor-type according to operations.
