Pressure vessel transport
Pressure vessels and transport should be based on the specific circumstances of thepackaging design. Design should consider the following requirements:
a. smaller overall pressure vessels, skids can be fixed to the carrying vehicle or ship.
b. larger, long length of the pressure vessel, must be supported with the bracket andtighten the hoop with a confining pressure vessels in the bay, in the tension between the pressure vessel hoop and pad to be flexible material, bracket should be firmlyfixed to the carrying vehicle or ship. Weight of 1 to 10 tons of pressure vessels, can be used wooden brackets; weight> 10 tonnes nominal diameter> 3000mm container,steel bracket should be used (with the exception saddle).
c. nominal diameter ≥ 2600mm or length> 12000mm the pressure vessel, the bottom of both sides of the package should be set at a fixed plate hook. Weight ≥ 30 tons ofpressure vessels, transport should be set up on both sides of the top bracket with thelug.
d. bracket should be set to prevent the pressure vessel deformation.
